Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Customized Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items may take additional time to produce. Typically, customized orders require up to 20 days for production before they are dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping – $10 flat rate (3–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping – $15 flat rate (1–3 business days)

International

  • Standard International Shipping – $20 flat rate (7–21 business days)

  • Shipping times may vary by destination and customs clearance.
